Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Egypt Adventure mobile application (the "App") provided by Egypt Adventure developed by Bhojal Mobile Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on an Android device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its catalog content;
• Use the App to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or harass any person;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• Attempt to extract or scrape the App's catalog content for redistribution.

4. User Content

The App lets you create and store personal content, including itineraries, notes, photos captured or imported into the Photo Diary, and custom cartouche images (collectively, "User Content"). User Content is stored locally on your device in app-private storage and is not uploaded to our servers.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to any photos you import. You represent that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, interface, text, illustrations, maps, reference articles, and other catalog content (collectively, "App Content"), is owned by Egypt Adventure developed by Bhojal Mobile Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you in the App Content except the limited license set out in Section 2.

You retain all rights to your User Content. Because User Content remains on your device, we do not claim any license over it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App's catalog is editorial and informational in nature; practical travel details (opening hours, prices, transport, access restrictions, site closures) change frequently and may become outdated. You are responsible for verifying current information with official sources before travel. Nothing in the App constitutes professional travel, legal, medical, or safety advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Egypt Adventure developed by Bhojal Mobile Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for a free application is zero.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (including Google Play Services, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and AppMetrica) and may link to third-party websites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third party.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Jurisdiction] for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
